Had a great experience with 3C! I’ve never been in an accident and needed my car fixed before. I know insurance companies can be shady. I know the whole reason they work there is to mitigate costs. But if I got rear ended, my car deserves to be fixed up good as new, and be safe for me and my family. 3C uses new parts from the manufacturer, not aftermarket parts, made by someone other than the manufacturer of my car. Someone backed into my daughter's 2016 Hyundai Tucson hitting the rear passenger door. The insurance adjusters only saw the "surface"damage, Three-C was quite thorough finding any hidden damage as well. What really impressed me was that they took the time to look over the damage with me and explain what would be required to complete the repairs correctly. Everyone at 3C was very friendly, informative, and professional. I brought them my car and they provided me with a rental, corresponded with the insurance company, and fixed my car in a timely manner. I hope I never have to use them again, but in the event of another unfortunate mishap I’ll be back!
Got hit in a parking lot. Called 3C and they worked with me to get my bumper and other hidden damage replaced despite every obstacle the other person's insurance company could dig up. Pam and David were wise to all their tricks, and helped me deal with rental issues, lost insurance adjusters, and get my car back to me as quick as possible. I'm very happy with the work. They even told me who to call when the insurance tried to back out of paying for the rental. Truly above and beyond! Thank you!
This was our first experience with this body shop. We called about an hour after our accident to inquire about having them repair our truck which had been side swiped by someone making a wrongful left turn. They showed up bright and early the next morning to pick the truck up, they quickly figured out what needed to be done, and got the information to the insurance company.
