Hate hearing the owner speaking on the radio ditching insurance companies. I went to this business because of those commercials. They treated me like garbage for the whole process as well as misplaced my car. My insurance company helped me far more than the employees. First and last time I'll ever work with this group.

I want to officially say that Three c body shop is the biggest scum bags in this line of business. since when is it okay for you as a shop to choose to total someone's vehicle just because you don't know how to fix it correctly.. when 2 big name insurance company (State Farm ) and (progressive) have said that a vehicle is fixable and have issued a payment to fix it #threecbodyshop

See above Jose. Two "Big Name" insurers don't mean squat to me. That truck has $26,000 plus in damage. I could fix it but it would not be right. No one could make it right. The owner just paid $52,000 for it. Get him a new truck loser.

I had a fantastic experience with Three-C after being struck from behind by another vehicle. I didn't use the Pink Button app, but a simple phone call to Al Kender got us on the way. I showed up with the car, he went over all the new damage versus existing grocery-store dents...walked me through the options of allowing OEM or aftermarket parts, shook hands, and two weeks later I got a call saying the car was done. I recently had my car repaired at Three-C after being backed into in a parking lot. Three-C kept me updated on every aspect of the repair and made sure my car was fixed the RIGHT way, not with refurbished parts that the insurance company wanted. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that the battery had died so Kevin made sure I had enough gas to get home so I wouldn’t have to stop and potentially be stuck with a dead battery. Huge thanks to Three-C Body Shop! When my car was hit in a parking lot, I had no clue where I could take it. I've only lived in the area for a year and a half, so I wasn't sure who to trust. I wish I I could give them higher then a five! I was t-boned while sitting at a stop sign the day after my birthday. Shaking up is such an understatement . Al was totally great from the moment I called. He walked me threw everything step by step. At the same time this took place I had just taken in a 2yrs and 3yrs kids to my home. Between my own insurance and the at fault drivers insurance, 3-C was a breath of fresh air. Through the entire process 3-C was very professional and extremely helpful. I’ve held many conversations with the receptionist who went above and behind with helping me work with the two insurance companies. And even after my car was deemed an total loss, 3-C was the only ones that continued to make the process easy. I highly recommend them!

absolutely seamless experience @ 3C. i had to have a vehicle towed after hours and the communication between 3C and myself exceeded all expectations, unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled out, and they even offered me a bag to empty the car of my belongings - VERY EASY TO WORK WITH , A+++.

I recently had Three-C repair my car after being rear-ended on East Broad Street. I admit I had a lot of anxiety about how it would look because this was the second time in less than a year that my car had been rear-ended and the last shop did a less than perfect job.
