I had a very good experience with 3C Body Shop. They got my vehicle in, contacted the insurance company and explained to the processes of how they handle claims that come in. I really like the fact that they would not put after market parts on cars left to be repaired. I was informed of all steps being taken to fix my car. 3-C has helped us through two car accidents. They are extremely helpful and very efficient in their evaluation of the damage, and they move through the process to get the car either fixed or taken care of as fast as possible. They are super cooperative, and helpful in keeping insurance companies on their toes. The Pink Button app is also extremely convenient! I would recommend 3-C to anyone.

I recently was in a collision accident after the car behind me failed to stop at a stoplight and slammed into me. The experience with 3C was incredible right from the start. They picked the car up about an hour after we called. They were super informative, even after the car was totaled. They sent us a checklist of information to be aware of as we navigated those waters. I trusted their advice, and would recommend them to anyone in need of a body shop

Not the first time we've used 3C Body shop, and it won't be the last. They have always provided us with top notch service. Great repairs, no hassles, friendly and responsive staff, and efficient repairs. It's peace of mind you get when dealing with these folks. If you've had sub-standard service from a repair shop in the past, do yourself a favor and try these folks out. You'll be in for a whole new experience. You can thank me later.

Three-C was great! They were very easy to work with. The only work I had to do was take my vehicle to them then they took care of the rest! I also received updates weekly. It was easy and my repair looks better than when I purchased it! Job well done!

Three C did a fantastic job on my brand new car that unfortunately fought with a guard rail. I was skeptical about their claims about dealing with the insurance companies, but things couldn't have went more smoothly from that standpoint - they fixed my brand new VW with brand new VW parts, and did an impeccable job. They did, however, have my car for longer than I would have liked. They made that easier by working with me on the rental due to a few minor delays. Three C, specifically Kevin Bates has been fantastic with us on a complicated repair involving two insurance claims. He has gone above and beyond and treated my husband and I as if we were private clients. He was prompt to return calls, patient and always friendly. The gals at the desk have been equally as helpful. We have used three c for things that weren’t even body repair related and the work and prices haven’t been fantastic. Can not say enough about Kevin! A real star to your company.

We had 2 accidents 1 1/2 months apart, the first a rear end collision, the second a run away deer. We decided to go with 3 c after hearing their commercials on the radio. Both cars ended up being total losses due to structural damage to the frame; 3 c helped us along the way the we’re very friendly, courteous, professional, and we informative. Thanks 3-c
