Very happy with the repairs on my car. From beginning to end the process was uncomplicated and handled with the utmost professionalism. I received regular emails as well as periodic phone calls with the progress being made on the repairs. Thanks to Kevin my car looks new again! Great experience and great people!
After being hit in my apartment complex I took my car to 3C for an estimate which then I found out my car wasn’t safe to be driving. So that same day they gave me a rental and handled everything with my insurance company without me having to lift a finger. They also let me know what was going on every step of the way with my vehicle! They are a wonderful group of people and I would recommended them to anyone! Thank you for making everything so easy! Nick and Kevin were great to work with from start (Nick) to finish (Kevin). They both were able to answer every question I had. It was important to me to get my car looking like it did before it was hit. Kevin made sure that my 2013 Malibu looked great. When I picked it up it looked as if it had come right off the showroom floor. I also appreciated the follow-up call. I have already mentioned the great service that I received from Three-C Body Shops. Thanks.
I was rear ended back in December and to be honest I was extremely stressed about the whole ordeal. Although I was quite impressed with the precision and overview that three c had done to my pick up truck. I will say I was very disappointed in mine and the other persons insurance for lack of communication. I was truly greatful for all of the effort three c had put in. My car was a total lose. However everyone I dealt with was super nice.
Great experience! Al at the main office got me all squared away. Was very timely and helpful. Hopefully I won't need to contact them in the future lol but if I do, I'm calling 3C!
