I had a positive experience with them. From the time I arrived till my vehicle was completed they kept me updated on the process and followed up with the insurance company responsible for paying. Each person who had spoken with me was professional and understanding in my level of frustration. I’ve used 3C twice now. The first time was 3 years ago with my 2012 Ford Flex. I was rear ended and 3C did a great job fixing it in a timely manner. This time they fixed my 2016 Ford Fusion. It took a little longer than I expected but I think it was more an insurance issue. I would recommend using 3C to others and I’ll use them again if needed.

My name is Nicholas Venezio 3C did a fantastic job. They handled the very uncooperative insurance of the other party. They completed all the work when they said they would, our car looks and drives like new again! If I ever need a vehicle repaired in the future, thwy are the only place I will go!

Had my camero for nearly a month the estimate I got from the insurance was 1300 i knew it was way more than that they wanted me to fix it at a dealer they deal with well I knew 3c and the warranty through them was the way to go the Bill ended up being 10k in damage I just dropped it off picked up a rental and didn't have to do anything else they ordered my parts some was on back order but they still got it done right on time and it looks like It never got hit best body shop on Columbus for sure
