My wife was in a car accident and our car was totaled. We contacted 3-C Bodyshop that night knowing we wanted them on our side. They worked directly with the insurance company at fault without much involvement from us. 3-C had our car towed to their shop the same night of the accident and safely had it stored while the insurance company valued the car. My car was in a collision and needed repair. Knowing they would be reliable and would put safety above all else I had my vehicle towed to their facilities. They quickly arranged for an in-house rental and sent me on my way in about an hour. They were communicative and quick to respond during the repair process. I was highly satisfied with the quality of their work. 5/5 would recommend to anyone needing body work on their car.

They are absolutely the most wonderful people I have ever worked with!! During the difficult time of totaling my Jeep, they were so considerate, thoughtful and patient! They walked me through each step of the process, made sure that I understood, and always followed up to be sure I was treated well. I would (and do!) recommend Three-C to everyone I know!
We have (unfortunately) had to use Three-C several times over the past few years for various vehicle issues but, that said, we are fortunate that they are close to home and that we always feel the company has been honest and trustworthy in their dealings with us.

On September 29th I was rear ended on 270 South in my 2017 Volvo XC60 by someone who only had liability on his "junker". My husband and I are new to the Columbus area but everyone at my work said Three- C Body Shop was the best in town. Even though the claimant's insurance wanted me to wait on getting a quote, I knew I wanted to go to Three- C. From the first call, to the last step of cleaning out my old car and signing paperwork to release it to insurance company. I am blessed to have a professional, honest staff to have worked so hard to get my car fixed right. The insurance company was not trying to pay to fix it right. They totaled it out.
