I was a little reluctant to use 3C at first, but I ended up taking my car there. Jecely and Kevin were great! Always returned my calls in a timely manner. I ended up not needing repairs, because the insurance declared the car a total loss. But 3-C had to call the adjusters to come back twice because the insurance kept "missing things" in his review and write up of what the car needed. 3-C did the right thing because the car should have been declared a loss.

My truck was rear ended on I-70 and the other persons insurance company wanted me to choose one of their direct repair shops. It was my first accident in the Columbus area so I was new to the body shops in the area.
