They sucks. they dont care what they sell you as long as they make a sale.
Worst place to buy a car. They will sell you a car that should be scrapped! The people there shouldn’t have the jobs they have. They don’t honor appointment times and their service techs leave without finishing a job and leave you stranded for days without a car! They have been giving me the run around about fixing the problems that were there before the car was sold and it’s been 2 months and it still isn’t up to the standards of Pennsylvania inspection law!

jd byrider is the worst company to ever try and get a car from you will have ur car in there service area more then on the road I got a car from them that has been taking to them four times since July for engine problems staff never answer the phones and make u waste time with appointments just to remain with the same problem when u left if your thinking of going here for a vehicle do yourself a favor and look somewhere else you will regret it and end up in more debt and be tied up with legal matters fighting to stay out of ... read more
