This place is a JOKE!!! They have bad customer service, when you call them nobody seems to answer or return you’re calls, won’t recommend this place to anyone

communication lacks terribly I live 2 hours away promised for service done on saturday never got me in my car is having problems nobody calls me back or does what they say they are gonna do bought the car it needed 2 tires drove 2 hrs away never ordered the tires car is having problems needs fixed! but when the time of the payment is needed someone is there to talk to and take the payment out! I thought this was a good place at first but after having the car 1 month its starting to be a joke!
I spoke to Jali before going into the dealership and already felt comfortable with what she was doing to me, she was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable- no pushy salesperson. the whole process was really easy start to finish and in between it was like hanging out with an old friend. I drove away in the car we choose for me and my needs thanks to the efforts of the staff here. they really do care about you-the person and not just sale
