Bought my vehicle from them and my car was constantly in the shop! They documented they provided me certain services but didn’t! For instance I had my car there in the shop for maintenance(tune up, oil change, valve replacement) this December (2020) and one week later the car had no oil or transmission oil! HOW!!! How when the vehicle is NOT leaking and you just had it less than a week ago!!! Completely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! So I recently got into a 2012 Ford Focus about 3 months ago. ever since my car has been in the service department 5 times. when I was shown the car the mirror was shattered and I was told they were gonna keep the car for a couple hours to fix a couple things. I had my car for only 2 months they said if you have any questions have them write it down a stated in your contract I did and I asked a question they lied I asked him do I need to worry about the water the oil or anything that has to be put into the car my radiator was empty car overheated add electrical short in the computer I had to fix it now my stabilizing rods or out of foil because they did not put the grease filters on my ball joint the car is basically a ticking time bombcertain things on the car can last for so man... read more
This is the absolute worst experience that I have ever experienced NO ONE in the service department has a clue I’ve had a car for 1 and a half years and I’ve had issues for a year and a half!
