RecommendedI came into J.D Byrider today with no intentions to buy a car. I wanted to see what they could offer me to help me purchase a car while helping boost my credit. I walked out a very happy customer with a new car. From beginning to end they treated me like a person they truly wanted to help and for that I recommend J.D Byrider and my awesome sales guy Cisco! :)
The service is great . The prices aren’t outrageous and the Maintenance manager explain things very well
This place is HORRIBLE. I had a car that the service department couldn't fix, went back and forth with a higher up Mark until after 8 months they had to give me a different car because the could't fix the issue. New car ran for a year, got i back from inspection, 2 weeks later car left me sitting. Doesn't even start. The manager had a nerve to say, "you have bad luck with cars"
