Sold me junk only had the car 7 months & they been working on it every other month & it’s not small jobs it’s big jobs feel like I got sold a lemon but was told it’s not a lemon cause it’s a used car right now it’s been in the shop going on a month I called today & there still waiting on my transmission to get pulled out another car which I’m confused because I got warranty on that part & there giving me a used transmission
Horrible, they pretend they are there to help you, but in reality they overcharge for high mileage cars. No grace period for payments. Getting a car with them puts you in a hole you can’t get out of.
The cars are over priced mine was $12,000 over priced and I didn’t think to look how much the car was worth because I thought this was a place I could trust my mistake…. They say it’s Bec we are trusting you and taking a risk so we need to price the vehicle higher but over $10,000 over? At the end of the day people just want to make money off of you. I was told they care about their customers I asked if there is anyway they can help me with the price and they said NO! So much for helping out the customer? Wouldn’t even take ... read more
