I used Steve and his team for my loft extension. I chose him because he gave an extremely competitive quote, much lower than other quotes I'd received. The speed and quality to which the work was completed was a constant topic of conversation amongst my neighbours. All told it took ~9weeks, with the main extension being completed in just 7 weeks. Steve and his team built our beautiful extension in 2019 and has recently returned to do some more work for us. He is highly skilled with an attention to detail and provides clear time schedules which he adheres to. He communicates through every step of the project and is friendly and professional- would highly recommend.

Steve and his team converted our loft into a lovely bedroom and en-suite. We were kept informed of progress throughout the project, which was completed on time and on budget. The whole team were professional, reliable, considerate and tidy - everything you would want from a professional builder. I would use Byford Build again and highly recommend them.
