I brought my 2017 Ford Focus In for routine Maintenance on 8/20/18. They did an excellent job and I was highly satisfied. They gave me a time frame of about 30 minutes and it was very accurate. They were very interested in feedback on how they did and whether I was satisfied. I appreciate their concern and the great work they did!!

Didn’t resolve the problem, and replaced a gauge that wasn’t bad. Byers determined the source of the problem and it has been resolved. Their commitment to customer satisfaction prevails...again
I would give 0 Starts if I could! This is by far the worst experience with any dealership I have ever had. The service department is crooked and will try to rip you off! I recently went in for a scheduled appointment to have my vehicle serviced. When I bought my vehicle I also purchased the Premium Service Plan. If anyone should know what is covered on the plan, it certainly should be the people servicing it, that work for FORD! ...Continue Reading
