The sales process through Costco referral program was great. But don't expect good service after the sale. Byers has had it 3 times to fix the transmission on my 17 month old car. It's clearly not fixed and they tell me to take it to another dealer because they can't find anything wrong. And then he acts like a car that jerks hard when you first put it in drive is not a problem.

My 2010 Mustang is one of the many cars caught up in the Takata air bag recall issue. Once I received the notice from Ford that the passenger air bag needed to be replaced I contacted Sam at Byers. He told me that once they received the parts that they would be happy to handle the warranty work. If you have been following this issue the replacement parts have been slow to arrive to dealerships. However when I was notified several weeks ago by Ford that they had shipped the parts I called Sam in service and he penciled my car... read more

We just bought a 2017 Ford Edge. Love it! Matt, Bob and Bill did a great job in getting the deal done (better than we hoped)! We didn't even have to sit and wait all day like we have at other dealers. We have let our friends know what a good experience we had.

I still am enjoying my new Ford EcoSport. It is so very comfortable and easy to drive and I appreciate the dealership in Delaware,Ohio from start to finish in my leasing of this this vehicle!

Had a very good experience with all that I talked with in purchasing a new vehicle, since my lease would be ending in a few months on my Toyota Corolla. So happy to be back in a utility vehicle, Byers Ford is like family.
