The worst service department. Paid for 100k mile warranty, complete waste of money. Their "mechanic ", and I use that term very loosely, said nothing was wrong. 4 sets of tires and mechanics at Goodyear said different. Finally got them to fix it. Shouldn't be this hard to find an honest service department.

Schedule service for a recall, a tsb, and a NO START condition. Car isn't worked on when scheduled. "No loaner available but your car is safe to drive for the weekend". Pretty sure the recall notices say to STOP operating the vehicle. Can't really drive it anyway if it wont start....

The entire staff at Byers Ford had my wife and I feeling like family with the purchase of our mustang GT... was well worth the drive from Ashland , so we will only be buying our future vehicle's from a place that makes is feel like family, and that place is byers ford!! Special thanks to Dan Willis for all his help and talking with me daily til the final purchase went through!!

Just bought a 2017 Ford Expedition from Byers in Delaware. All in all a very good experience and being one who has bought a lot of cars in my time they would be at the top of the list as far as dealerships go. Haven't had service done yet obviously so can't comment on that as of yet. My salesman Matt was very helpful as was Bill the finance manager. Would recommend.
