It's just a great place to buy a car from... It's not what you expect, it's not a typical buying experience, and that's just plain awesome!
Customer service was exceptional! I recently had a break down while passng through Delaware, OH. After contacting a tow service, I called Byer's Ford looking for a mechanic. I spoke to John Grijak, a sales person first. He was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation. John met me when I got there. He explained every aspect of the service he could provide and then got me to the local motel and made sure I was able to get a room there before he left. Sam is always very nice however on my last visit I was charged for an oil filter that vibrated loose. This could have easily destroyed my 5.2 Voodoo engine. After roadside assistance arranged for the flatbed they were very busy and could not check the car until the next day. Once the work was done I was charged 120 bucks for what should be warranty work. The change was done at a dealer out of state but still a certified Ford tech / dealer. I had to call Ford customer care. On top of this they just topped off the oil and char... read more
