Took my car to Byers ford was quoted one price then when agreed to that price they told me they were sorry but they could no longer offer that price. After dealing with all of this Byers would not give me my car back and several months of dealing with them. Do not use Byers ford!

Wouldn’t even give them one star but it made me ! Don’t not take your car to Byers ford, they scanned my friend out of her money and then sold her car without her permission. They’re willing to scam young woman and not care who it hurts! She now stuck with the bill! They should be ashamed, can’t Wait to watch the news air of the story

WARNING: At service, this dealership tried to perform a "bait and switch" with me which is an illegal business practice. I called in for a quote and I was quoted approximately $350 for spark plug replacement. Shortly after dropping my truck off, someone from service called and told me the cost was almost $600!! He then said that it had always been priced at that cost!! These people are liars like the traditional dealership reputation implies. Don't go here!!
