Our experience with Byers Ford Service was painful. It took 3 separate visits, multiple phone calls to Ford Corporate to simply have this dealership address the recall for the check engine light. After about 4 months of back and forth and a case opened with Ford Motor Company, it was finally fixed. Id also add that they cannot do an alignment on a F250 truck. so unless their is another recall, we will NOT be using this dealership.

Great service. Told me what needed to be fixed along with quote and did extra work that I asked for the day of service.

Dan P. and Ross (the service manager) was very nice and helpful and didn't make me feel stupid trying to explain what was wrong with my car.

Brought our F150 in for service on brakes, new battery, oil change and tire rotation...once we go it home we realized that 5-7 lug nuts were cracked and one was completely missing. Called the service manager and his response is yeah that happens with that model when you take the tires on and off all the time...If you want we can replace them and split the cost. we've had the truck five and a half years, a dozen tire rotations and never have had a cracked lug nut or missing one.
