never will I ever purchuse a car from them again! they sold me a messed up car that has something wrong with it. I've had it for 2 months and jerks. won't even look at it for me to see what is wrong with it unless I pay them to look and it. the day I brought it home it's when I noticed it's and they still won't even have the decency to look and yo try to fix it! I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of here. I do wish they would have haggled a bit on price but overall of was a good experience.
I took my 2017 Escape in for the check engine light (2nd time while still under warranty). I was told my rear wheels were out of toe and needed realigning. They have computerized equipment at the entrance that purportedly read the alignment. I have new tires and agreed to the work. The final cost was over $145 for an alignment........this is double the $69 I paid for my last alignment.

I love the service staff at Byers. They are friendly and always give me a full explanation of what is needed, what it will cost, and how long the service will take. Plus, they always do a great job.
The best part of my experience was Steve Cousins, my sales associate. I recently lost my husband and he never made me feel hurried or pushed into anything. I normally dislike working with car salesmen, but Steve made it painless. Also the financial associate was very helpful! Overall a great experience under the circumstances and I will recommend your dealership.
I just purchased a new vehicle from Byers Ford. I located the vehicle through an online search (Byers is about 100 miles from me). John Grijak, the salesman who worked with me, was terrific. I was able to take care of much of the work over the phone and on Byers' website. When I drove to the showroom, the closing process was smooth. In a few years, I would again consider Byers for another car.
they serviced two of my cars, both times there was an issue. The first time they did not tighten the oil filter and it leaked, it took a week for them to get me an appointment. The second time I have to fight to get the discount they provided on the Ford/Byers website.
