We bought a new king ranch 2020 for 60,000on Sep 28 2020, 30,000 down pay. We are regret now. After test drive we found the back up camera not working, plus there was a screw fell down in the trunk, do not know where the screw is from.After talked to the sales immediately, he told us that sometimes happened, tell us no worry, all issues will be taken care of and will be fixed next day. Had an oil leak on front timing cover of 2014 F150 ecoboost. Work was performed under an extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. This work requires disassembling basically the entire front of the engine. After work was completed I picked up the vehicle with no issues but since the work was performed I have had to top off my coolant several times. I traded in a 2019 dodge charger that was in perfect condition for a ram 2500. I had nothing but troubles with it, and they said they’d pay to fix it and then tried to make me put for it. Got to the point where I couldn’t drive it then they just kept stalling out on getting it in.
