Was really surprised at the horrible service. It's such an easy way to keep loyal customers. I'm on my 10th Ford Vehicle. Will not buy my next from Byers.
Actually, disappointed in a Ford dealership. Bad: 1. I am eligible for first responder discount, mentioned it to advisor. He said would be taken care of at checkout. Final bill used my Ford Reward Points only and no mention of First Responder Service. 2. Tires were rotated from back to front/front to back. You would think Ford mechanics would know the air pressure is required different from front to rear but they did not adjust. So I have 80psi in the front and 60psi in the rear now. 3.
