I dealt with Louis Fomby. I thought at first I would just be blown off because my credit is pretty poor. After talking with Louis on a personal level, I found out he is a retired Veteran. He doesnt hold back and will tell you if you have a shot at the vehicle you want. I was looking at an 09 ford edge because it was reasonably priced and a nice looking vehicle. Worst service department I've ever encountered. Try to call and schedule but nobody is available to take a call. Leave a message and nobody calls back. Schedule online only to show up and the reservation has disappeared. Pathetic
Dick Hatfield was great to work with. He is honest and did a great job. Will recommend the body shop to anyone!
they put you through financing and you tell them you are going to buy the vehicle and you ask if the want a down payment and they don't want it because it's against there policy. And while your trying to make plans to go get it by flying or driving they sell it on you with in a day. very dishonest in my book at least the salesman I dealt with apparently they should only sell with in there town not out of state.
