The Works Oil Change, Yea, right. I have a Transit Connect. I have to check my hub caps before leaving the dealership every time I have an oil change. This time three were not fully on and one was very Obvious. I have lost one before after an oil change which they replaced. I have brought this to their attention before. Also none of the fluids were topped off. All are at minimum level, not even the windshield washer fluid. Not satisfied.
I needed to trade in my 2002 explorer and John Grijak was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting exactly the vehicle I wanted (and needed). I am completely satisfied with my new F150 truck. John was able to find me some extra rebates and made the financing simple. I actually enjoyed purchasing my new truck, which was a first.
