Very happy with my experience! The staff were all so friendly my hair was done by Dee and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable straightaway. She did an amazing job and talked me through the entire process. I’m quite shy usually but with her I never felt afraid to ask a question. I definitely will go back here for my hair now 💕

Can't do makeup on brown people. No hygiene. No professionalism. Only had makeup products for fair-skinned people, no inclusivity at all. Used the darkest shade of foundation she found in the cracks of her makeup station and still applied it even though it was a mismatch. Had to guide her on how to match it with my tan skin by using the light concealer shades. Had no setting powders to set the makeup as she 'ran out'. My home from home, Pheobe did me and blow dry and it was 10/10 don’t be put off that she’s an apprentice, she is amazing. Better than some hairdresser that have done my hair that have been hairdressing for years! Couldn’t rate her more highly! Georgina has done my make up too and she’s unreal. Highly recommended salon.
