Went around a gorgeous property and I’m so glad that Lily from Butters John Bee was showing myself & my mum around! I felt instantly comfortable, I didn’t feel rushed at all and she answered all the questions we had! As a disabled & neurodivergent person, I’ve unfortunately had bad experiences of being shown properties by different companies. I have just purchased my first property and have been dealing with Gemma Dudley who has been more than helpful! We had a few delays and Gemma did her best chasing these up constantly and trying to push them along ensuring it all went as smoothly and quickly as possible. Really appreciate Gemma’s hard work!
terrible service very unprofessional, my offer was accepted then jemma became impossible to get hold off, They sent someone’s husband round for a viewing with me instead of an estate Agent so he couldn’t answer any of my questions. would not recommend especially jemma
We recently viewed a property on the market with butters John bee. Lexi carried out the viewing and was extremely helpful and professional. We had questions about the property which she answered very competently. Any further questions we had were promptly addressed by Lexi the next day. Very impressed.
