Worst communication I've ever dealt with. I don't think there's much of an excuse for complete silence / ignoring several emails for almost 2 weeks. I received almost instantaneous responses to my inquiries on a piece right up until immediately after I purchased. Once purchased, I was asked for a confirmation of a shipping address. Updating my review to indicate that they tried to get this removed. Scammy seller, outrageous pricing, undisclosed damage and repairs, manipulate sales tactics. Don't buy from jewelers who know more about social media than jewelery. It's virtually always a ripoff. You'd be better off going to a pawn shop.

Butter Lane Antiques customer service and jewelry is second to none. The piece I purchased is even more special in person than it was online. The listing pictures were wonderfully accurate. They were incredibly responsive to communication and were able to expedite resizing and shipping so that I was able to receive the item with loads of time to spare for our event. To boot, they made navigating the tariff and shipping concerns virtually non existent. What a lively way to offer customers peace of mind!
