Recently purchased a ring from the name your price sale. It arrived to the states quickly, had to be signed for, which I appreciated even if it took 2 delivery attempts. The package was ripped on one side but the ring was inside. It did arrive dirty, and from what I could see a chip in one of the diamonds, which was not disclosed. I took it to a local jewelry store, they cleaned it up, and noticed 2 diamonds with chips but it was platinum and diamonds, which is what I wanted to verify. Worst communication I've ever dealt with. I don't think there's much of an excuse for complete silence / ignoring several emails for almost 2 weeks. I received almost instantaneous responses to my inquiries on a piece right up until immediately after I purchased. Once purchased, I was asked for a confirmation of a shipping address. Updating my review to indicate that they tried to get this removed. Scammy seller, outrageous pricing, undisclosed damage and repairs, manipulate sales tactics. Don't buy from jewelers who know more about social media than jewelery. It's virtually always a ripoff. You'd be better off going to a pawn shop.
