Sourdough bread appetizer with pan gravy, so delicious. As well as the beet salad, the cauliflower, and the pig candy. But the carrot cake, man I'm still dreaming about that carrot cake.
We started with the sourdough bread appetizer that was served with pan gravy and an herb butter. The butter was salted with some type of coarse salt that made it disgustingly salty. However, the pan gravy made up for it. For my entrée, I chose the butcher burger, and requested it cooked to medium. The burger came to the table undercooked and bloody.
