The location is excellent to start. This was our 1st time. We loved the ambiance. The drinks were amazing but the food - unbelievable. I mean really excellent dining experience.
Upon arrival for our Friday night reservation that had been made a month in advance, we were taken immediately to our table. I was so very disappointed to see that it was a tiny table in the upstairs bar area with a short ottoman type stool on one side and strange booth on the other. I would NEVER have called this a table. If you’re in Pittsburgh make it a point to eat here. Excellent food, excellent drinks. A very creative menu from the apps to drinks. The atmosphere is very cool. A must every time we’re in the city!
My boyfriend and I have dined at many restaurants in many cities over the past year. Keep in mind, he works in the food industry, has cooked professionally and we are both foodies. For him to say that this was the best meal we've had says a lot. I agree. Thoughtful ingredients and presentation, complex flavors and great service made this a top notch dining experience.
