The food was okay. The service was terrible. We waited at least an hour for our food while at least 4 other couples that came in after us were served first. No sorry its taking so long just heres ur food
The food was delish! But I still think I paid too much for a soul food plate.. Bout 15 dollars. And I had bake chicken, & dressing.
The food is great some of the servers are pleasant but the operations of the restaurant is horrible. The same it’s been open for over 50 years but no expansion. It’s seems that the money goes in the owners pockets and not back in the business.

Expansion is on its way and if you ever met the owner she lives a modest life and gives back to non profits all year round. She takes pride is her food this is why she is up early everyday cooking for you and her guess. She wouldn’t have it any other way. We do appreciate your comments
