We paid for the most expensive interior/exterior package available. When they said our vehicle was ready the tires were still brown from dirt/dust, the bumper wasn’t wiped down, the interior looked as though it hadn’t been touched. After paying $35 I got to completely clean it myself when I got home. They have 1 out of 5 stars for a reason!!!
went thru twice and still dirty. $10 for a completely useless wash. go anywhere else
They won’t take cash for payment due to “safety issues”, but t is ok to tip employees with cash. So which is it?
RecommendedI've always had wonderful oil change experiences here. knowledgeable and friendly techs. unfortunately, i just bought a car from Amato and am required to go to them only for oil changes. the car wash is another story. i actually came here to file a complaint as my car was not clean after getting a wash here. I'm disappointed in this. if someone could contact me, that would be wonderful. i took pictures. thanks.
Awful! $18 and the inside isn’t even touched!
Manager is extremely rude and I will NEVER give a dime of my money to this place again. All of my family will also be canceling there memberships as well!!! You can’t just raise your prices and screw over customers that have been supporting your business for the last 4 years without telling us!!

Today while waiting awhile in line, one of the male workers began letting the people barely pulling in come in front in the second line getting in front of everyone else who had been waiting way longer. I went to talk to him about it and he seemed to not have cared and stated no one seems to be getting it. I have been coming to the Bush car wash since they opened the first one about 10 years ago in Richland. They will be loosing my business after all these years.
