I was there a week ago. They did a terrible job. Windows were not cleaned (some had spray on them without being wiped, others were completely streaked) car was not dried (I had to ask for that). Used to love going there. Not anymore. Complete waste of my money. I won’t be back.
Apparently policy changed and they never tell anyone that they DO NOT clean your wheels anymore. So get your car washed and wiped down and leave with dirty wheels. Raised prices and didn’t tell anyone either. Looks like it’s just as expensive to go to Recon auto detailing instead of mister car wash. Also quality of service is slowly dropping.

Sloppy job - paid $32- asked them to pay attention to all the bug stuff since we just got back from a trip And the car was covered with it. The guys walked around the car flinging a rag for a few minutes. I pointed out The bad areas and still they did nothing. Finally got a rag and did it myself. This is why I no longer go there And just go to a self car wash for $2 and do it myself. They started having bad service before they shut down. I even gave the guys a tip beforehand. They are lazy lazy.....
RecommendedGreat customer service. Friendly staff, they do such a nice job, interior and exterior.
Don't waste your time or money. There are better car washes out there that will clean your cars better and won't break your things. Stay away from Mister Car Wash on Wickham Rd in Melbourne.

Horrible Experience they ripped my Mercedes Emblem off. I’ve been a member with Mister for over 3 years. They told me to show them proof that I paid for it to get fixed. I showed Kevin the assistant manager the proof,he asked me to come up there so that he can put the money back on my card. I went up to the car wash on Ponce.
