They do a half@$& job!!! They staff is lazy... they just standing around not doing anything...
In May, someone caused an accident and my car was damaged. Still waiting for my $500.00 deductible. A few weeks ago, I got stopped in the conveyor for a few scary seconds and had a flashback of the accident. Today— The equipment broke off my hood ornament and I had to file a report—Sheesh!
Spent about 80 dollars on our 2 vehicles, and it still had bugs in the light and hood! Then I cleaned it while the workers just watched! Finally got some help from gentleman, very disappointed
Unfortunate, but highly unsatisfied Wash Club Member. I want your business to remember me and remember my car. First off, a year ago posted a review that was noted all of the local surrounding stores about your Westheimer location and the kindness and customer service I received. Paid $32 for this yesterday at south 27th location in Abilene TX.
Took a road trip and went to Tim Bush Car Wash in West Pasco to get all the bugs off the front of my truck. 1st wash they did a 5 second spray and sent me through. My garden hose could have washed it better. I ask them if I can go through again and if they could be more attentive to the front and spray and scrub it with their brush. Another minimal effort as they sent me through again. I request a refund after the 2nd washing and was told the best they could do was give me another free wash for one of their other locations b... read more
I went through Twice back to back an still have stuff stuck to my truck ..The truck wasn't really dirty it was just hand washed last weekend
Employees Car has Police Lives are non existent and do not matter parked out front. I BACK THE BLUE and will not use them. This care is confirmed as an employees car.
