I think it’s the best wash in town, car looks new everytime and I love taking the kids they love watching from inside the car!
Car wash itself does a great job. The attendants are almost always friendly. It's fun watching the shorter ones trying to wipe my windshield(Heck, I can't even reach it all the way without a ladder) ...I always stop them and tell them just the side mirrors please. I could pay a lot more and go to a couple other unnamed car washes where they like to wipe the windows with dirty towels.
UPDATE: I stopped by the kennewick car wash on columbia dr. In the past, my experience was not so good. They’ve definitely stepped it up. The wash was good. The service was good. A few spots left but I’m not upset. The attendants were courteous and helpful. Got the bugs off my windshield for sure.
I always go to Bush car wash, I want to leave a tip, I’m hoping in the future there’s a tablet I can pick what percentage of tip I should leave because they always do a good job, I notice other business do that
The wash itself is great. I do have a few complaints though. 1. I've been 3 times and been asked only once if I wanted a wash token. 2. I drive a non-lifted half ton truck, and when they wipe the windows at the end they always leave about an 18" gap in the windshield and rear window. You should invest a few bucks in a microfiber cloth on a pole to remedy this very easily. It is a huge pet peeve and almost every car wash does it, I can't understand why. 3.
