Bush Car Wash has HORRIBLE customer service. I had the unlimited wash with them for a long time. One day I went through and when I came out my hitch cover was dangling from my bumper. The girl drying my car filled a report. I was suppose to get a call within a few days and never did. So I called them and left a message for Rick the manager. I waited and still never received a call. So I called again and left another message with yet another no call back. I finally canceled my membership with them and will not go back. 2 times thru and still have bugs on grill! weren't even that bad before wash and just got them a day ago on a trip to Tri Cities from WW! ridiculous
I work here it’s a great place great friends and family are made here and we love being able to wash your car so u can leave showin it off like it’s brand new!!
We love Bush Car Wash! Best part about them is that if something happens to your vehicle they get it fixed quickly and professionally! We really appreciated Rick and his attention to detail in fixing the emblem on my car when it was ripped off. It happens, but the fact that it can be and was made right makes me happy!
