I have always driven out of my way to go to the Edison Bush car wash they always do a great job. Today after my car wash there was still bugs on it and it was not scrubbed by the employ not happy!
I'm writing a long overdue review because I'm sick and tired of the poor customer service I receive at any of the locations I've ever gone to! Iam a unlimited member and that part is fine and the car washes it self are fantastic but the employees are NOT friendly and they NEVER say hello, I always leave my window down to see if they would say anything and guess what they didn't!! Love this quality Car wash and the professional employees.
After leaving the car wash I had noticed some pretty rough scratches on my trunk I had never seen before. I called and spoke with the owner and he asked to see my car. Upon further inspection we determined it was not from the wash but Rick so kindly buffed the entire trunk and gave us a free wash! What an act of kindness.
Had a little issue with my radio antenna and took it in to see Rick and he took fantastic care of me. Five star treatment and I love the unlimited wash program. Thanks for the great service
Have been going to Bush's since we moved to the area in February 2016. Had a incident in December where the overhead door at the 68th location caused a slight dent in the hood of my car. We called Rick Ball and he said he would fix it, no problem. Because of things going on, we were just able to get that completed this past week. I just want to say that not only was the slight dent fixed but they also took out a couple of other spots and polished up a repair job done previously.
