� Maybe have the rules posted before you even pull up to the car wash? I went with my mother in her truck and couldn’t go through because she had her trailer hitch on and doesn’t have the key to take it off.
I wanted to try the new car wash in Walla Walla, what a joke! I was told I would need to remove my trailer hitch from my truck, which first I didn't have the key with me and even if I did I'm not going to take it off everytime I want my truck washed.
Bush car wash is fantastic! Even the $8 basic wash does a really good job. I have the Unlimited pass and it is awesome. As many washes as you want in a month, pass works at all their locations, and is affordable. I really like that they pre scrub the really dirty spots (I.e. the grill area). Hands down best drive through car wash out there. I always recommend this car wash.
Had damage to our Ford Explorer. Talked to the manager he said bring it by so we did and he wasn't there. Left messages for him to call us and he still hasn't called us back. this has been since memorial day weekend.
Recommended6-17-18. Have been happy but stay away from Richland today. Only about half of things through the wash are working. Person manning the prewash brush up front does half the grille, windshield, rear ... no reach. Told attendant at end of wash, he thanked me for letting him know, finished drying my truck, then moved on to the next vehicle ... seemed uninterested ... hoping they fix these issues or may have to cancel my 2 unlimited passes

This car wash damages my car I contacted them and they never called me back or help pay for my damage. My car is only 3 years old. Every time I would go through the wash something would start falling apart on my car, whether it was the front windshield water resistant cover or the car roof water cover. Regret having the unlimited pass.
They let me go thru again for a re wash, because I still had bugs on my car. Awesome!
