I LOVE Bush Car Wash! The employees there are always very friendly and quick to answer any questions or go back over anything you might think is wrong. A little while ago I took my new car up to Seattle and back in one day. Looking at my car after I pulled into the garage, I became discouraged. Bugs. ALL OVER. We always buy advance wash cards...used one today for my car and my daughters car, she was right behind me. The young man that took my stickers was extremely rude to me, smirked when I asked him to please use a sticker for my daughters car, then rolled his eyes at me and walked away without so much as a thank you. It has been a very long time that I have been able rave about outstanding customer service. I recently had my car washed at the Richland location. Upon exiting my drivers side mirror was damaged. I alerted an attendant who quickly fixed my mirror temporarily and offered to submit a claim for me. The person was very clear with the expectation and when I should receive a follow up call.
