I just wasted $15 on a wash that left my car dirty, especially the windows. I had to wash them again at home. I'll wash my own car from now on. Total waste of money.
Just got an interior clean only and when I got home discovered they left the back like this. I know it’s not a detail clean but I assumed they’d at least vacuum out and wipe down the cup holders
First and LAST time I ever go there! Was even considering getting a ultimate membership. Didn't clean my Cruz at all.. left bug stuff on headlights and hood along with didn't even touch the back end. And to add insult, I went through and paid at 6:59 pm according to my receipt, when I came out of the wash to vacuum, they were shut off because they closed at 7 pm. Hyvee's $ 8 wash does much better than their $12
