Hope you never need to cancel your membership because they literally make it impossible. Ove been trying for months now and there's nobody to contact and keep getting charged.
This past Saturday Aug 15th , I recently visited your location at 7000 Quaker Avenue. I paid for a 12.00 dollar wash on my 2015 RAM. I also noticed a area of Cameras prior to entering your wash area. I've used Mister Car Wash for several years, and I've rarely had issues with them. Yesterday I got the Platinum wash (interior and exterior), and it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes that I waited in the lobby when they called me back saying they were done. They were sloppy and rushed, and barely wiped down my dash; leaving several spots that still had visible dust and dirt. They didn't even do anything to the trunk area,and it still needs a vacuum. I was there today. My car was not clean when I got out of the wash. So, I asked if I could go again- I mean, I paid 18 dollars. I was told my card wasn't clean because of the design of my car. What?? When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that the manager was not in. So, I asked for the company number so I could call. The young man said he did not know the number. What? RecommendedI like Mister Car Wash and think having the monthly plan is great. I think they do a great job and everyone is always happy to help. I have just one request. Stop changing the soap to that horrendous smell of trash. You’ve had a few smells that are great...stick to those. You get a 5 out of 5 from me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
i hate having to find a spot to park so i can towel dry my own truck. Not every location has self serve vacuuming. price for membership should have decreased in that case! while entering the bay a spray gum was not secured and it struck the back if my truck and put a dent in it. i didn't notice till i got home and by then it was too late to point it out and say it happened there. the gentleman just told me to stop he hit the emergency stop and reholstered the gun .
