I have been going to this clinic since the past 3 years now and I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you to Augusta for always giving me a lovely massage, facial, wax, body scrub. I refuse to go to anyone else but Augusta and I don't mind travelling 1 hour to get to this clinic. It is a very clean and cosy clinic and they use the best products. 5 stars!!!

I went for a massage there today and it was utterly amazing. The reception, the treatment room, everything. I had no idea there was such a brilliant massage place so near to me!

I booked an appointment for massage, received an email 10.30pm the night before saying appointment cancelled with no explanation. I called the next day to ask why it was cancelled? The person who i spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently my number was incorrect and they couldn't try and contact me. However when I booked the appointment I had to enter my email, they could have emailed me. I was then told I need to pick up with Fresha !!! There are few things to improve. After I visited salon on 12th, I had pleasant experience with Augusta provided a consultation. The signature facial was great. The effect lasted 2 days. I was going to book my second treatment with less then a week, however.. Sadly that costumer service or the owner came across very arrogant when I had questions regarding the welcome discount which I received after I visited the salon.
