Friendly staff yet inexperienced. Left with a choppy haircut no blending whatsoever and a very thick fringe. Although I showed inspiration pictures and asked for a feathered and wispy look I got the complete opposite result. The stylist didn’t even ask me if I was okay with the length and thickness of the face framing / fringe. Also believe they told me a different price to what I should’ve paid because they didn’t want me to use the voucher that was being handed out - next time take the voucher before stepping inside lol

Grateful they accepted my 8 year old as a walk in after school. Dry cut, trimmed the ends off and they charged me £25 for it. Again I’ll say it was a dry cut, no wash and it wasn’t a restyle. Plenty of other hairdressers and even barbers wouldn’t cost more than £15. Won’t go back.

I hade my hair done yesterday. Looks awful patchy . No color mach . The bleach she used to strong for my hair turned white not blond then apply some grey toner after questioning tray to say that’s my grey hair . Do not be fooled by they offers . Charged 85£ for t section highlights

Really happy with my haircut at hairworks. Very friendly vibe with knowledgeable staff. Will be back soon. :)
