Poor and disappointing customer service. Was highly interested in purchasing earrings went in for a quote, was told they need to confirm suppliers and prices and will get back to me in a day or two, I’ve called 3 times, left my number, talked to multiple different sales people and have been ignored. Would not recommend this place to anyone, quite unprofessional & time wasting.
I really liked their website so went to buy a watch, they offered me a deal to check out, but the deal price actually went up by £500. I talked to a very curt employees who said that deal has finished, I literally applied for it 5 minutes after they offered it. Be careful.

From the moment Sanya overheard me asking my sister how to tell the difference between a yellow diamond and a yellow sapphire to my receiving my beautiful yellow diamond ring and matching earrings my dealings with Jeremy France have been an absolute joy. Sanya is lovely, very helpful and kind. All our communication was by email or phone and everything was done very smoothly and well. Thank-you all.
