I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly, professional & helpful. Food was good quality & hot food was served on hot plates! Bonus! Rooms are basic and clean. Lots of plug points. No usb ports. Wheelchair friendly entrance. Elevator available
Great hotel. We had a suite for a very reasonable price. A large bedroom, hallway and a living room with plenty of seating and a large screen TV. We even had two full bathrooms. Didn't have our evening meal at the hotel just breakfast. The cooked breakfast was quite extensive but there was very little else. Some fruit and yoghurt, toast and preserves but no pastries or croissants . Could definitely be improved.
Stayed at Burn Hall Hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, and well stocked with tea bags,coffee and biscuits. Staff were very polite and friendly. We ate evening meal there both nights, the food was plentiful and home made. Breakfast was also good. The hotel is in easy reach of York and Thirsk. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
