Brought my car in for a recall after not passing an inspection due to rusty brake lines. Got charged ~$50 for them to inspect the car and inform me that the brake line recall has expired. Thanks for wasting my time and $.
Great buying experience! Everything was set up via email and phone calls , day of picking up car was on my way under a hour in my 5th Subaru
It would be nice if you tell people that you're going through the center console. We were told numerous times that you just go through dash. Was Dissapointed what a mess you left us with. Try to be neater please
You won`t find me in too many car dealerships, I came i for the smallest thing and Leon from the parts department was probably the most helpful and charasmatic person I`ve encountered in that profession. He went well out of his way to make sure I knew what to do and how to do it, maybe it`s a common thing there, but usually when I go into any dealership I feel like they`re just trying to rip me off. 5 stars, you`ll be seeing me again
In, out for a test drive, bada Bing bada boom, yadda yadda, papers signed, and we buy a Kia. Easy, no pressure sale. Highly recommend sales man Tatro(sp).
I just bought my first Subaru and I love it! I found the whole experience to be positive. Crystal Careau was fabulous. She helped me find the perfect car. Crystal is knowledgeable about Subarus and answered every question I had. She guided me through the car buying process and was never pushy.
