My car was brought in for a recall so my husband requested a transmission flush at the same time (this was done as requested). The door locked had not been working so he asked for the price of a new tumbler. Well, apparently they can't take his word for it and proceeded to take apart the door to determine that it actually didn't work and charged us $65 in labor. I recently leased an Outback after working with Mike Dykstra. It was my first experience with Subaru and I am totally satisfied with everything. We've leased and purchased from other local dealerships but they can't even come close to the service, atmosphere and overall experience at Burlington Subaru. Didn't expect to have to buy a new battery for my '17 Forested but the warranty is only good for 3 years or 36,000. My miles = 37,452. I've had other vehicle batteries last for well over 2 years.
