My wife has leased two Subaru cross trek from these guys. Now her key is stuck in the ignition which makes her car unsafe to depend on. Cant be bothered to even look at it for weeks. Fortunately the dealership in Montpelier is able to look much sooner. broken ignition on a car only two years old? Cant be bothered to even look at it or give a loaner since the car cannot be trusted because the key might not come out of the ignition. Nice way to get your car stolen.

I live 10 minutes away from a Subaru dealership and instead choose to drive 40 minutes to Burlington Subaru for sales and service. All of my interactions with Burling Subaru has been positive. I purchased a new Outback in 2015. It had an issue that required many trips to the service center over the last 4 years. My warranty covered this service and a loaner vehicle was always provided. The issue was never able to be corrected. This month I drove out of Burlington Subaru with a new Outback. My car was replaced. This process was inconvenient, however the bottom line is Subaru stands behind their product. The service department is so rude that it is actually funny. Like so funny I feel like I can write a sitcom about how incredibly rude they are. I stopped taking my car to them but alas a recall I have no choice. What’s an appointment when you sit and wait for HOURS with children?? What does an appointment actually mean? Jordan was amazing...made me feel comfortable, worked with me and was very pleasant. I didn't feel like I was getting the runaround nor did I feel like I was getting screwed. I had previously been to another dealership and was not pleased with how I treated...Kudos to Jordan...he truly made my experience a positive one.
I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester at Burlington Subaru. I've never purchased a new car before, and Eric Loiacono made the experience great. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features on the car and he created a pretty effortless and pleasant experience.
