Easy to do business with. Many employees have been there for years which means they are knowledgeable and happy. Happy employees enjoy what they are doing which translates into happy respeat customers.
If you I like sitting and waiting you’ll love the service department. Last 2 oil changes took more than 3 hours. Today made a scheduled appointment for 8 am and pick up time was 3pm which they neglected to tell me. Bit insinuated it was my fault for not knowing because it was highlighted on the page I signed when I dropped off the car. Who in the right mind would think that when you make an appointment, all the no scheduled cars go first. Worst system ever.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. N they absolutely will take advantage of you. AND literally everyone I know that has brought their car there to get worked on has to bring it back because they end up messing something up, you’ll be lucky if they fix what THEY messed up without them trying to charge you. I also experienced this myself. Really need to get a whole new staff.

While I chose to purchase my vehicle here based on the make, model and availability the experience was lacking and they didn’t fulfill their end of our deal. And then I found out the finance person lied to me about needing to purchase my extended warranty at that moment, when in truth it can be done anytime before the original runs out per Suby America’s website.
