Horrible over-the-phone service from the Parts Dept! I called to price out a part, and when I asked if we were referring to the same part (since the price the rep quoted me was three times what I'd found at other places), the rep HUNG UP ON ME! I spent the next half hour seething, and wondering if the rep would have responded the same way to a man!
I got to ask why do you use plate for you dealer ship now we can get funded for having it on our plate.
After a few years in my 2002 Subaru Outback (199,000 miles, baby!) I had to upgrade. I signed a lease on my first new car yesterday, and was so pleased with my experience at Burlington Subaru. I was excited but really nervous to take such a big step, but Michael was really patient and helped put me at ease. I have only owned subarus. I just started buying them from the Burlington Subaru dealership a few years ago. I have had a pretty good expirence so far, the cars are a little pricy but u get what you pay for, I also have had to wait a while for maintince before but that also goes with getting what u pay for. I like to be patient with the mechanics they have a hard job and deserve to be able to take there time to get the job done right.

Not impressed with most recent service experience. Tried being sensible reaching out via email to the general manager about the quality of interaction I encountered. Must not be an important enough customer to get resolve. Any how potential service clients, if you like being demeaned by the service manager go here. Kevin will literally tell you to stop rambling. Just purchased my first vehicle from them & had a great experience. The sales person was knowledgable but not pushy. She even came in on her day off to help get the paperwork started once I had decided on the vehicle.
