I love my car and really appreciate the help I got from crystal. Buying a car through Crystal made me feel secure about my decision and well taken care of. She attended to all the details and made it seem effortless. She is very organized and had all the paperwork neatly in place. She took the time to show me the features on the car and checked later to see if I had questions. It is very obvious that she is very knowledgeable about the cars she sells and enjoys it. Screwed again by Burlington Subaru. Car dropped off at 730. Now 230 in the afternoon car still hasn't been in the shop. Absolutely horrible customer service rude and condescending and was told it was my fault for the messed up way they schedule their appointments. Highly recomend not buying or having your car serviced here.

I worked with Crystal to buy an Impreza a little under a year ago. It was such a pleasant and hassle free experience that it was a no brainer to return to her to buy a new Subaru when my Impreza was recently totaled. I would highly recommend her to anyone out there looking to purchase a Subaru!

I had a fabulous experience they helped us pick the right car and we absolutlty love it after having a horrible experience from poulins this is the place to go!!!
