I am sorry to hear this practice is closing. I found Lucy very understanding with me being a nervous patient. I have always managed to get appointments to as close a time that has suited me. I wish you all well.
Went there 2 years ago and every filling has fallen out took 1 hour 2 pull 1 tooth and was in agony the dentist was horrible about 25 years old and never want 2 go 2 a dentist again rather suffer
Like many people I do not like going to the dentist. Lucy Minhas really put me at ease. She was knowledgeable, explained as she was working. I felt in safe hands and she was kind, patient and very professional.
To the owner my complaint was not about your dental service as they are fantastic it was the receptionist that answered my calls am was not helpful in the Slightest and didn't really want to listen to Me trying to explain what the situation was. And then when I last spoke to her she asked me if I left a review with I was surprised at as thought it was Confidential and as the conversation continued it was like I was being belittled for having the emergency appointment and not paying as I wasn't registered there and that basic... read more
